From the first moment we got everything we needed. The villa is simply amazing, we couldn't ask for more! The facilities, the view, the location. Simply perfect! Even when there were problems they immediately sent a technician (who couldn't fix the oven but definitely tried, a few times).
The oven wasn’t working (but the variety of Taverns within walking distance made us forget about the oven)

Het was fijn dat er wat drinken en fruit aanwezig was bij aankomst.
De kamers werden om de paar dagen verschoond wat heel fijn was.
Bij vragen/problemen werd er heel snel gereageerd en een oplossing geboden.
De villa is op wandelafstand van Agia Pelagia. Er is vlakbij het huis een heel gezellig restaurant Yamas waar je de eerste avond kan eten als je moe aankomt. Wij hebben ook heel lekker gegeten in Amyrna in Agia Pelagia.
Chania is zeker een aanrader, wel ongeveer 2u rijden.
Ik had een bericht gestuurd via de site bij aankomst in de vlieghaven en antwoord ontvangen maar dit bleek een automatisch antwoord te zijn, waardoor de host niet ter plaatse was bij aankomst. We werden wel onmiddellijk geholpen toen we belden.
Wat ons een beetje stoorde, waren de sensoren in de slaapkamers die aangingen als je bewoog. Dit is lastig 's nachts omdat die licht gaven en zorgden voor moeilijk inslapen.

נוף יפיפיה! 2 חדרים יפים לכיוון הנוף ועוד חדר אחד מתחת לאדמה אבל עם מרפסת קטנה כזה ונכנס אור. בריכה מאוד יפה לכייון הנוף לא מחוממת ולא מאובטחת לילדים. מטבח חמוד עם אינדוקציה ומיקרוגל. כ25 דק נסיעה ממרכז הרקליון. באזור של הוילה יש מכולות מסעדות ואפילו מאפייה. בעל הוילה ממש ניסה לבוא לקראתנו עם שעות כניסה ועזיבה. האינטרנט לא ממש עבד ניסו לתקן את זה כשביקשנו אבל עדיין עשה לנו בעיות. בכל מקרה אני ממליצה מאוד!! הוילה נקיה ומפנקת!
בריכה לא מאובטחת לילדים צריך לשמור במאה עיניים. בשביל מים חמים צריך להדליק כל פעם דוד שנכבה לבד אחרי כעשרים דק.. מספיק רק לבנאדם או שתיים למקלחת וצריך ללחוץ שוב. אין מכונת ייבוש ובימים שהיינו היה מעונן מאוד וירד גשם לקח לבגדים כמה ימים עד שהתייבשו.

Vriendelijkheid van de eigenaar, heel attent en aangenaam. Prachtige villa met infinity zwembad en alles super netjes! Wijn, bier, fruit, honing, raki en andere dingen ter verwelkoming. Super attent, absoluut een aanrader!
Een aantal punten waren nog niet helemaal klaar zoals voorgesteld op de foto’s. De foto’s bleken van een andere villa te zijn. De bbq was er helaas nog niet, geen regendouche in de tuin en er was nog geen gras. Maar we waren ondanks dit toch super tevreden!
