Nothing. Had everything we needed for a mini break

The location was great if you want a quiet time, and very close to Lancaster Gate underground station as well as Hyde Park. As this is on the third floor there is a lot of natural light. You can hear the sound of horses walking in the distance from the Hyde Park stables next door which is charming. Also appreciated the amenities such as the dishwasher and the washer to do laundry.

It is on the third floor and you have to up a very steep staircase to reach the door. You need to be reasonably fit to accomplish this with a large suitcase. Some things were not in the best condition when I arrived (faucet missing a part, side lamp broken) but I signaled it and the issues were addressed promptly. It is an older apartment so such things can be expected.

Individuell und charmant eingerichtet

Der Zugang über die App der Wohnungsverwaltung war unklar. Ich hatte die Kaution nicht hinterlegt und bekam deshalb auch die Zugangsdaten nicht. Es war mir jedoch nicht klar wo es hakt. Erst ein paar Telefonate mit der Agentur brachten Klarheit, dabei standen wir aber bereits vor dem Eingang. Es wurde mir vorab nicht klar genug mitgeteilt wo das Hindernis ist. Die Kaution, zumal diese direkt an den Vermieter geht und nicht via Booking.com, hatte ich nicht mehr auf dem Schirm. Das sollte klarer erklärt, oder bei Booking.com bereits abgezogen werden. Zufällig hatte ich eine Ferienwohnung gebucht, bei einer Hotelbuchung wäre das nicht passiert.

Lo mejor la ubicación y el entorno. El barrio es muy agradable. El apartamento no estaba mal, buena altura.

Soy consciente de que las fotos no siempre se ajustan a la realidad de los alojamientos pero si veo que hay una cafetera nespresso y una pequeña cesta con cápsulas, lo que espero encontrarme es eso: una cafetera y unas cápsulas, unas pocas, un puñado, no unos sobres cutres de café instantáneo. Eso para empezar. Si somos 3 pax para una estancia de 3 días, espero no tener que preocuparme por el ¡¡PAPEL HIGIÉNICO!! ¿En serio? Pues sí, resulta que sólo nos dejaron 2 rollos de papel, uno de ellos empezado. De verdad que he pagado más de 800€ para que sólo dejen 2 rollos?? Alucinante y cutre, otra vez. Más cosas, en la descripción del apartamento se indicaba que había lavavajillas. ¡Sorpresa! No había… eso quiere decir que me han engañado diciendo cosas que no luego no figuran. Por no hablar del menaje: 3 vasos, por ejemplo, y cada uno de un tamaño diferente… desde un vasito hasta uno tamaño pinta. El lavabo no tragaba bien. La caldera estaba junto a la cama, con el consiguiente trastorno por el ruido que hace.
