The Shire 255 B - Sienna - Downtown

Location was great, walking to town was great. The layout of the place was nice and everything was easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

So close to shops, restaurants. Fully furnished, quiet neighborhood.

This is a downstairs apartment so upstairs guests could be heard walking around.

Great location! Cottage is super clean and very well maintained! Has everything you need for your stay. Walking distance to Southern Pines with ample parking. The bed linens could be upgraded and the walls are a little thin. We could hear our neighbors moving around but it was not really an issue as they were not noisy at all. I would definitely recommend this property as it was so charming and very well appointed! The furnishings and appliances were very nice and it had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. It was a great value.

Excellent facility . . . top notch . . . with a great location. It was very clean and comfortable.

This is minor compared to how nice our stay was. The TV and internet were not accesible the first night. We followed the instructions (several times) to no avail. We then called the phone number for technical help and got a recording, no help. The bad part of this is that it was the same phone number to be called in the case of an "emergency" or facility problem. If the air conditioner was inoperative or there was no hot water or any other problem, we would not have had help until the next day during business hours. None of those bad things happened and we fixed the internet/TV problem after making contact at the same phone number the next day. This "inconvenience" caused about an hour and a half of "heartache/anger" but was esaily resolved. It was still a wonderful stay.
