Hotel is very good, staff is polite, behaviour is very good, very good cleanliness

The rooms are clean and hotel is new and airy with Mountain in the backyard. I enjoyed sitting by the window and have my drink or even going out in the balcony and smoking with the highway view. The hotel doesn't have room service, the only job their staff would do for you is to clean the rooms. Tea and coffe, and RO water is provided at the common lobby area at each floor. Talking about the lobby area, is designed for guests to sit , have food etc. but that's a demerit of the hotel because in my case all the other rooms (5) were occupied by a group who would often mostly late at night sit and drink in the lobby area and create nuisance, use abusive language etc. very loudly. I had a tough time. At night even if you have a death threat the hotels care taker won't answer your leave aside getting disturbed by the other guests. My advice to the hotel would be to close the common area as the noise easily travels to the rooms. Also have one dedicated person for the night whos awake and available for an emergency. I won't recommend this place to family with kids and girls alone.
