Fantastic location only 10 minute drive to the lake. Idyllic setting and very relaxing.

Breakfast could be better as very repetitive, option of a cooked omelet would have been nice. Recommend covers be placed over fresh fruit and cakes so flys don’t land on them?

המיקום נוח.. 5 דק מהאגם ומסעדות. בשל סוף העונה נאלצנו להתרחק קצת לכפר סמוך. היחידה מרווחת מאד ויש בה הכל הכניסה לבריכה המקורה לאחר טיול התאימה לנו מאד והוספנו גם מסאז מצויין. ארוחת הבוקר מפנקת גם לנמנעים מגלוטן.

לא ידענו שיש מדרגות גם בהגעה לחדר וגם בחדר עצמו. לתשומת לבכם

Un piccolo paradiso per rigenerarsi

Luogo incantevole a due passi dal Lago di Garda. Stanze in forma di ampie suite, spa stupenda con piscina e centro wellness oltre ad un bellissimo parco con seconda piscina all'aperto. Colazione di grande varietà e qualità.Dintorni affascinanti da visitare anche con le biciclette in uso gratuito. Stanza ben accessoriata con ampio set TV molto recente.

Piscina interna da rivedere. Bidet in bagno troppo minuto. Colazione con bevande calde solo alla macchinetta.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza Junior Suite, veramente spaziosa e con al presenza di un patio esterno veramente piacevole. La colazione era molto ricca e variegata ed il personale sempre gentile e cordiale

La zona spa e la zona piscina erano discrete, non abbiamo visto molta cura nei dettagli. Il bagno turco era guasto e nell’area piscina interna c’era un forte odore da cloro abbastanza fastidioso ed i muri scrostati. Un suggerimento potrebbe essere quello di mettere una musica di sottofondo all’interno dell’area spa per rendere l’esperienza più rilassante.

Das Appartement war sehr großzügig und auch das Bad. Es fehlen ein paar Möbel und es wäre schön wenn es wenigstens ein Couchtisch gegeben hätte.

Zu empfehlen, wir würden wieder kommen

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Das Apartment mit Balkon war ausreichend groß und schön/einfach/schlicht gestaltet. Wir waren begeistert von der Sauberkeit des Apartments und der gesamten Anlage. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Der Wellness Bereich war ausreichend, insbesondere das Türkische Dampfbad. Das beste war jedoch das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war unglaublich groß und für ein Italienisches Frühstück perfekt. Wir sind beide Vegetarier und hatten sehr viel Auswahl. Für Veganer könnte es allerdings schwierig werden.

Die Matratze war leider viel zu hart. Außerdem wären vegane Alternativen gut und nachhaltig für das Frühstück z.B. Pflanzenmilch etc. anbieten.

Das Zimmer war groß und hatte eine eigene Terasse. Man konnte von dort direkt zum Pool gehen. Pool war groß und sauber mit kostenlosen Liegen und Schirmen, ein vielfältiger Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal

Das Bett ist leider immer wieder auseinander gegangen und man konnte nicht so gut schlafen, dann würde ich vorschlagen, dass der Fön und Duschkopf im Zimmer ausgetauscht werden, aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten. Und wenn das Hotel ein Restaurant hätte, wäre es wirklich fabelhaft. Trotzdem würde ich gerne euch wieder besuchen

Incantevole hotel immerso nella pace del verde che lo circonda. Ottima colazione e staff davvero gentile. Per il nostro cagnolino abbiamo trovato anche le ciotole per l'acqua e la pappa.

Bel posto a pochi chilometri dal Lago di Garda.

Un bel posto immerso nel verde. La struttura è datata ma tenuta bene, il plus sono le dimensioni della camera e del bagno. Chi capita al pian terreno ha l'accesso diretto alla piscina, chi va al primo piano ha un bel balcone sul giardino. I servizi sono completati dalla spa e dal centro massaggi.

L'asciugacapelli in plastica con il tubo flessibile non si può vedere. Immagino che a richiesta ne mettano a disposizione uno normale, altrimenti una donna con i capelli lunghi non saprebbe come fare. Comunque INGIUDICABILE per una struttura che si classifica 4 stelle.

Posizione ottima vicinissima al lago ma fuori dalla strada principale quindi molto silenzioso anche la notte. Colazione eccezionale ricca e sontuosa sia per il dolce che per il salato, inoltre un plauso alla suite pulita e ordinata con saponi e prodotti capelli bio molto buoni. Anche la spa è la piscina esterna meritano i nostri complimenti!

La struttura è meravigliosa, ma a parte la struttura principale, c’è poca manutenzione. La doccia della piscina non funziona, il personale è poco e a parte il personale del bar che è della vecchia gestione per cui capace e gentilissimo, il resto lascia a desiderare

Dvölin var í heildina ánægjuleg. Almenningssamgöngur hefðu eins og áður sagði geta verið betri.

Morgunverðurinn var mjög fínn. Staðsetningin var falleg en samgöngur lélegar við bæi niður við Garda vatnið og ekkert annað við að vera á hótelinu nema liggja í sólbaði og fara í sundlaugina. Spa-ið var mjög gott en okkur fannst það hefði mátt opna fyrr - var bara opið frá kl. 15 - 19 sem er ekki langur tími

Með talsvert miklum fyrirvara þá báðum við hótelið að útvega okkur bíl fyrir hópinn sem gæti farið með okkur 5 hjón, 10 manns, í dagsferð um svæðið. Þeir gátu ekki fundið 1 bíl en útveguðu okkur 2 Mini van bíla. Þegar þeir hringdu svo á bíl fyrir okkur á öðrum degi dvalar þá var allt í einu ekkert mál að finna 1 bíl (12manna Sprinter) fyrir allan hópinn og var sá meira að segja staðsettur í göngufjarlægð frá gististað. Við vildum því breyta hinni pöntuninni og fá þann bíl í stað hinna tveggja. Það þýddi að við þruftum að borga 200 Evrur í sekt. Þetta fannst okkur lélegt en létum okkur hafa það því eins og gefur að skilja er mun skemmtilegra fyrir allan hópin að ferðast og skoða sig um öll í sama farartækinu. Skrýtið að hótelið skuli ekki vera með þessa hluti á hreinu. Þar sem ekki var kostur á að borða kvöldverð á hótelinu þá var afskaplega fátt um matsölustaði í göngufæri 1 í ca 5 mín og svo bara 1 annar í 15 mín göngufæri. Þetta þýddi því talsvert transport fram og til baka með tilheyrandi kostnaði.

Location bellissima, ma il potenziale che ha non è sfruttato abbastanza

Il punto di forza della struttura è sicuramente la location, immersa nel verde con una bellissima piscina. Anche la spa niente male. Inoltre, le stanze sono fornite di sapone per le mani, sapone intimo, crema corpo, bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo biologici e non in versione mini size, cosa che ho apprezzato molto! Il personale simpatico e cordiale.

Visto che si tratta di un hotel 4 stelle con un prezzo non basso, mi aspettavo di più da alcuni servizi, ad esempio il phone nella nostra stanza era molto vecchio e poco funzionante. Verso le 19.30 abbiamo anche avuto un problema con l’acqua calda, ci hanno detto che stavano cercando di risolvere, ma non abbiamo più avuto notizie, se non alle 23, quando siamo rientrati nella hall dopo essere usciti a cena. Inoltre io sono celiaca e appena prenotato ho chiesto se ci fosse la possibilità di avere la colazione senza glutine, mi è stato risposto che avevano vari prodotti e che non ci sarebbero stati problemi. Ho ripetuto di essere celiaca anche al check-in, ma la mattina, appena arrivata e fatto presente alla cameriera di essere celiaca, mi ha guardato un attimo con la faccia perplessa e mi ha chiesto se lo avessi comunicato.. dopo diverso tempo mi ha portato qualche alternativa, ma un hotel 4 stelle potrebbe fare molto molto di più, con i prodotti confezionati sono d’accordo, ma potrebbero offrire una scelta più ampia.
