Beautiful hotel and staff are lovely. The location was not for me as there is nothing around so you can’t go out to eat anywhere unless you get a taxi.

The location there was nothing around so I could not get food anywhere. The breakfast was not great in the hotel.

The staff were super friendly and the suite was very clean when we received the keys. We were supplied with complimentary bottles of water daily which I found was very kind.

The hotel was 10/10! I had a fabulous massage and spa experience. Breakfast was fine, a little less variety than usual but I appreciated this as there was little to waste. The hotel location is the only downfall! It is in the middle of nowhere and you do need to get a lot of taxi's to travel or walk approx 10 to 15 minutes to reach local stores. Also, we were told by loads of taxi drivers that the neighbourhoods leading to the hotel were some of Antalyas most dangerous.

Hi, I booked a hotel in Antalya through Booking, and I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. But this time I’m extremely dissatisfied with my stay. I paid extra to use the hotel facilities, yet they were completely unacceptable. Today I tried to use the Turkish bath. At first, they refused to turn it on. After I insisted, they finally turned it on, but within minutes there was a strong sewage smell, the drainage wasn’t working, the water kept rising, and the whole place started flooding. The steam room was also broken. Then they told us to leave because it couldn’t be used at all. I basically paid for facilities that were not functioning and ended up standing in the hallway. Every time I raise a complaint, they tell me to “go tell Booking because you booked through them.” This is not acceptable, and I need you to take responsibility and intervene. I also requested that my room be combined with my parents’ room so we could stay in one unit, but they refused and said all changes must be handled through Booking. The food situation is also unacceptable. There are only two menus, and we are allowed to use just one. The other menu requires extra payment. Even when I order something from the allowed menu, they bring something else and say they don’t have what I selected. I honestly have no idea what I paid for if I’m expected to eat the same limited options for 6 nights. None of this information was provided when I made the booking. As a loyal customer who always uses Booking, I am very disappointed. I paid for services that are not being delivered, and this is far below the standard I expect. I need you to contact the hotel immediately and arrange a room change or take action to fix these issues as soon as possible. Customer satisfaction should matter, and right now I am not satisfied at all. Thank you.
