The location, the size and layout of the unit
The beds were awful. The springs in the mattress in the master (nearest the beach) were piling us so bad we had to go purchase mattresses pads for the bed just to be able to sleep comfortably (the beds still weren’t easy to sleep on even after buying the mattress pads because they also made noise anytime we moved). The beds in all ill 3 rooms really need replaced but luckily it was children on the other beds so they just slept on the comforters and slept under blankets we bought. Also the pool was very cold even though the website claims it is heated.
