Kassandra Villa Pefkochori

Nice house, spacious, as seen in the photos. Kitchen had everything we needed from cuttlery to pans. Air conditioner in all rooms except basement rooms. Pool awesome, a lot of table seating outdoor both in front of the house (next to the barbecue), or in the back if the house (next to the pool) Towels, bed linens clean and sufficient. Good communication, all requests responded and addressed by the owner. Extra fridge on the terrace behind the house proved to be very helpful for cooling drinks. Beds and rooms were comfortable and sufficient to accommodate our large group. Views from the pool are extremely nice, you can enjoy some spectacular sunrise moments.

Overall, the house was clean, just tiny details could have made it even cleaner. There is a bad odor (sewage) in the basement bathroom that comes and goes, especially when the water is being used. Not too predominant, but somewhat bothering if you forget to close the door to the basement bedrooms. During our stay we had 2 water outages and one electricity outage. I understand the water ones are quite frequent in Pefkochori. For the electrical one, it was due to a fuse in our villa, so we had to signal it to the owner to understand how to address it. Maybe we were just a bit unlucky.

Rooms in the basement as there were not natural light

The villa is located on a hill which offers a great view of the sea. The outdoor area especially the pool are amazing. All necessary amenities were present. The rooms on the top floor are very good and comfortable.

The rooms in the basement were not very comfortable, as there was little natural light and it was a bit stuffy due to the lack of windows.

Wij hebben een super leuke tijd gehad. De plek is fantastisch mooi, prachtig uitzicht. Villa is compleet ingericht en voorzien van een mooi terras en zwembad. Wij zouden zeker terug gaan!
