The first morning, there was no hot water. When I went to the front desk, they first told me they couldn't assist because I hadn't booked via Hyatt. I had no idea we'd be "second class guests"; there should have been some disclosure up front. When I noted the wasn't acceptable, they sent an engineer, and told me to "let the water run for 10 minutes"... We ran out of shower gel, and again, they said they couldn't assist, but a housekeeper was willing to give us soap. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom wasn't working, and the vacuum sitting in the corner of the room added nothing to the ambiance.
