The shower and the master bedroom, and being able to hear the ocean when the traffic finally settled down on 87. Love the extra space upstairs.
House is located right off of highway 87 so very noisy at times. The arcade games did not work and there were no foosballs for the foosball table.

The house is spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable walking distance to the beach. The kitchen island is awesome, big enough for large parties to gather, eat and play games. Only one of the downstairs bedrooms has an onsuite bathroom (shower). The additional 3 downstairs bedrooms share a full bath (tub). The upstairs gameroom was a favorite! The coolest (literally and figuratively) room in the house! 2 twin beds (with pull out bunks) and full bath (shower). The games were nice! We were a party of 8 adults and 3 kids and had a blast!!
The mosquitoes, there were lots SWARMS. Next time we will pre-treat patio areas. We would have loved to spend more time outside. The deep woods OFF helped but we got bitten up anytime we went outside. 😩

Plenty of bedrooms with a bonus game room perfect for the kids! My favorite part was the upper deck looking out to the ocean watching the sunrise and set. There was a fenced in yard where the pup was safe to use the bathroom off leash.
Loved the property, mirrors in the bedrooms would be a great addition!
