Net buiten het drukke centrum. Perfecte locatie. Ruim. Mooi appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien.
Een upgrade kan gedaan worden door een grote hoekbank in de woonkamer te zetten en de balkons iets gezelliger in te richten. Sfeer verlichting, betere lounge set. Badkamer opknappen. Als ze dit doorvoeren is het appartement een 10.
