Everything was absolutely wonderful. Reaching the destination was a little tricky, but once we arrived, the check-in experience was smooth, welcoming, and genuinely impressive. From that point onward, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and extremely helpful. Their tone, body language, and willingness to assist made a big difference and created a very comfortable experience. The food was excellent throughout, both in quality and presentation, and clearly reflected a high standard of care. A special mention to Sarfaraz for being so genuine, humble, and proactive in accommodating every request we had. His personal attention truly stood out and made the stay even more memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, loved every bit of it, and would definitely come back again.
