Excellent holiday

We arrived early and got the keys from the code box but on entry our host met and welcomed us warmly. The location was excellent as it was just a short 10 minute walk from the town centre but we were close to vineyards and the property had a large established garden which we were able to use. Lovely views of Lake Geneva. Cosy, warm accommodation, comfy bed. Renata, our host, very approachable and kept us updated with daily activities around Nyon. The Carte Explore was a bonus giving us free public transport and discounts for various attractions.

Paradise!

Magnificent place, perfectly situated, with beautiful view on the lake and Alps. Incredibly warming hospitality with many attentions and great ideas what to visit in the region. I recommend with NO hesitation!

Amazing location, incredibly friendly and helpful hosts, beautiful, clean and cosy apartment!

We collected the keys from the lock box, but the host (Renata) also met us and showed us around the appartment and the garden. She gave us a lot of helpful information and even recommended restaurants. The garden was stunning and we sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine with a view. The host even allowed us to have a couple of guests over to enjoy dinner in the apartment with us, which was a lovely bonus. A true 'home away from home'. We were very lucky, as the apartment was free the night after our intended departure, so we even stayed for an extra night! We celebrated our wedding in Nyon, and the Loft was our home base for getting ready and a beautiful place to return to after the festivities. We couldn't recommend it more, it really is incredible and we now fully understand all the great reviews and ratings we saw when we booked!

Beautiful property in beautiful location with very friendly and helpful host. The garden and grounds are gorgeous with lots of places to sit and it has a fab new swimming pool and a view of the lake. An exceptional spot . Perfectly clean and in a calm and tranquil environment, very close the the lake and also the town centre.

The only fault with the property, in my opinion, was that there was no ventilation in the bathroom. There was no extractor fan and it was not possible to open the window ( too high) .

Wonderful!

A little paradise! We stayed in the garden apartment, which was beautifully and uniquely decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was lovely. Renata was the perfect hostess—she respected our privacy but made a difference with the little touches! We enjoyed exploring the area: Geneva, Lausanne, and Montreux! The lake and the center of Nyon were within walking distance. We truly relaxed in the beautiful garden with its various seating areas. In short: a wonderful accommodation! We will definitely come back!

A gorgeous space perfect for a couple's getaway.

We rented the villa and the loft. Both spaces are very unique and have beautiful details throughout. It's obvious how much care has been put into the apartments! Renata is a very communicative and thoughtful host; she went out of her way to make sure the space worked for our family and that we were comfortable during our stay. The property is beautiful; we wish we'd had more time in Nyon to enjoy it!

I had an excellent stay at this apartment. The place was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a unique and charming atmosphere. The location was perfect—conveniently close to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions, yet in a peaceful area ideal for relaxation. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and comfortable bedding. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for something unique and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Sehr charmante Ferienwohnung, mit sicherer Hand stilvoll alt eingerichtet, Parkplatz sicher im Hof, gute Betten, in altem Wirtschaftsgebäude auf Villengrundstück mit noch nicht vollständig verbautem Seeblick (Baustelle vorhanden), sehr gute schriftliche Kommunikation mit der auf demselben Grundstück wohnenden Vermieterin auch wenn es uns gefreut hätte, wenn sie an den verbleibenden zwei Abenden einmal vorbeigeschaut hätte. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Ein paar Schönheitsfehler sind zu erwähnen: Kücheneinrichtung lädt nicht zum grossen Kochen ein, was bei einer Ferienwohnung beachtlich ist, denn mancher wählt genau diese, um abends eben nicht auswärts essen gehen zu müssen. Von der an sich sehr schönen Fensterfront kam es doch merklich frisch rein (ist eigentlich auch logisch), die Heizung konnte da nicht ganz gegenhalten. Auch im Sommer dürfte es sehr warm werden trotz Blätter, da es keine Storen hat und keine Klimaanlage hat. Stühle waren etwas wackelig. Die teilweise belegte Wohnung oben drüber ist nicht ganz geräuschlos auch ohne Stimmen, da man beispielsweise das Abwasser deutlich hört. Küchenfenster konnten nicht verdeckt werden, was der Privatsphäre etwas abträglich war.

Tout ! Le logement est magnifique, les hôtes sont très sympathiques et accueillants avec de bons conseils pour les visites, on se sent à l’aise comme à la maison. Le logement est également très très propre ! J’y retournerai dès que possible 😊

Herrlich ruhige Lage nähe Nyon-Zentrum, sehr empfehlenswert!

Idyllische Lage in Villen-Viertel. Das Apartment ist äusserst geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Sehr viele schöne Lichtquellen, schöne und komfortable Möbel, Materialisierung top. Das Bett und Bettwäsche war angenehm und die Sicht vom Bett in den Garten himmlisch. Die Dusche grosszügig mit Fenster. Am Wochenende herrlich ruhig und erholsam. Generell war es extrem sauber und gepflegt. Ein Willkommens-Geschenk lag ebenfalls bereit und die Gastgeberin Renata hat uns viele (brauchbare) Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Nyon-Altstadt - Seeufer ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, sodass wir das Auto diese Tage nicht gebraucht haben.

Wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert – der historische Waschbrunnen ist ein echter Hingucker und verleiht dem Haus/Ort eine besondere Originalität. Der Garten ist ein Traum, und die Gastgeber sind ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war unser Aufenthalt viel zu kurz, um all das voll auszukosten. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die niedlichen Eichhörnchen im Garten, die uns besonders begeistert und ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert haben. Ein herzlicher Dank auch für die grossartigen Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung und den exquisiten Restaurants – diese haben unseren Aufenthalt noch unvergesslicher gemacht.
