Outside, the property spans 2 hectares and offers garden furniture, deck chairs, and a covered terrace with a barbecue area. The private and secured pool measures 10m x 5m and has a convenient poolside shower and WC. The villa is situated in the countryside surrounded by olive trees. The golf course is a 500 m walk or 3 km by car (passing through Mouriès centre). The nearest shops (bakery, grocery store, restaurants) are at about 2 km.
