This holiday villa in the Gard Provence region enjoys a picturesque location in St André d’Olérargues and features a spacious terrace and a heated swimming pool with enchanting views of the valley. On the ground floor of the property, there is a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace, a spacious living room with French windows opening onto the terrace, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (air-conditioned room). In the left-hand wing of the property, you will find a bedroom and a TV lounge with a sofa bed. Above the TV lounge is an open mezzanine with two single beds. Due to the low ceiling height, the mezzanine is more suitable for children or teenagers. Very young children should, however, be supervised here (open stairs). The house is well insulated.
