Giovanni è stato un padrone di casa disponibile e accogliente. L'appartamento si trova in una zona perfetta per spostarsi ad Alberobello, Monopoli, Polignano, Fasano, ecc. Inoltre, a pochi passi, ci sono le bellissime Grotte di Castellana, nonchè l'Indian Park e il Parco dei Dinosauri che sono posti perfetti per i bambini. L'unica "pecca" è la presenza di molte scale in casa, ma è una cosa nota perchè perfettamente documentata nell'annuncio, quindi non ha senso metterlo tra gli aspetti negativi..è sufficiente fare un po' di attenzione in presenza di bambini più piccoli.

In generale la struttura era tenuta bene. Gianni molto disponibile e premuroso.
La pulizia generale non era il massimo, capelli e polvere a terra, sportelli unti e formiche in giro per casa, soprattutto in cucina. La mancanza di un parcheggio privato in questa zona della città non è comodo.
