Nuno is a wonderful host! Easy to get in contact with, super organized, and gave me all the great tips about the area. He was incredibly flexible and helpful.
There's no A/C (in case thats what you're looking for), but there's a big fan available in the studio. There also isn't a TV but that was not an issue for me.

The apartment looks exactly like in the ad. You have a good idea of what to expect just from the pictures.
Very good location: one of the best neighbourhoods in the city; you open the windows and you can almost touch the trees from Serralves park; the sea is within walking distance (15-20m) and so is the trendy Foz neighbourhood. If you want more action, just avoid the peak of the morning and afternoon rush hour and a Uber can get you into the more touristic centre in 10m and for just 4-5€.
The apartment is modern, attached to a beautifully renovated historical house; very well decorated too. The bathroom is great and the kitchen very well equipped.
If you are with a car, the street parking is free and I never had any trouble finding a place just in front the apartment - the car was left in sight from the windows every time. Out of the rush hours, you can reach the VCI that gives you access to all highways, in just over 5m.
The host is amazing and makes sure you have the best stay. And can give you a lot of tips too.
