If you're on a budget but still want a really nice place for yourself right next to the center of Plovdiv, then the INSTA house might be exactly what you're looking for. First things first - the host is super friendly and helpful. The place itself is renovated and has everything you need for a comfy stay, including AC in both the bedroom and the kitchen - something you'll appreciate in Plovdiv's very warm summer nights. The bed was comfy and the cozy corner on the balcony for laying down and chilling is where we spent most of our time in the apartment. One thing to mention is that this still is an old apartment, so nothing fancy, but as long as you have your expectations set right, you shouldn't be disappointed. The hosts have definitely put a LOT of love and effort into sprucing the place up.

Everything was great, you just shouldn't expect 5-star hotel luxury or the brand new line of fancy furniture. For the price, we don't have anything to complain about.

The apartment is located on a very quiet street just few minutes walk from the main pedestrian street of Plovdiv.

Хазяинът е много приятен и очевидно съвестен човек. Апартаментът си има уникален чар, макар да е обзаведен много семпло и да и не за всеки вкус – с балдахина на леглото, люлката във всекидневната, кушетката на балкона и майтапчийския надпис до мивката. Интернет връзката е добра, има и смарт телевизор.

Апартаментът изглежда захабен и въздухът е спарен. Прозорецът в спалнята не се отваря (или поне аз не можах да го отворя). Има климатик, който не можах да включа, но при всички случаи бих предпочела да мога да проветря. Матракът на леглото е сложен върху пружина и от едната страна доста „потъваше“, което не е приятно, ако имате болки в кръста.
