Finca de L’ANGLÉS Casa Tramuntana

Het huisje was prachtig, groter en mooier nog dan op de foto's. Het was ook super schoon! Goede airco. Ruime koelkast. Mooi servies. Fijne zitplekken, in en rondom het huisje. Het zwembad deel je met een paar andere appartementen. Het zwembad is schoon, goed onderhouden en nooit druk. Maar fijn om ff af te koelen. Het is een hele mooie en fijne plek. Supermarkt, strand, dorpje binnen 10 minuten rijden.

Eigenlijk niets.

When we arrived at the property we were informed they had double booked us and we had been moved to a different property on the finca so it’s difficult to comment specifically on casa tramuntana. While they said the property’s were ‘like for like’ there were differences, and preferences, that would have impacted on our stay. The owners were understanding of this and offered a partial refund, which was appreciated. The property we were given (Levante) was decorated nicely, was clean and comfortable, and well equipped. The shared pool area was nice and we could always get a sun bed or a I’m space to sit. There are beautiful views over the mountains, with lovely sunsets. You need a car - but this is clear in the listing - and with a car it is easy to navigate and access main roads - we were able to visit Gandia, Denia and Oliva easily. There is more than adequate parking and shops nearby if you want to cook at home.

The pool could do with some attention - there are some tiles missing in places for example. I don’t think the listing makes it clear enough that the pool is shared between 4 property’s and not private. We had a large group of young men staying in the apartment next door to us for a few nights - which appeared to be different to the policy on booking.com. In Levante (the alternative property we were offered) the basement bedroom had a loud buzzing noise only at night time which disrupted our sleep.
