The host, Wim, met us at the place less than 5 minutes after we've called him to let him know we're there.
He showd us in, explained how to use the studio, and gave us helpful tips about parking in the area and in Brugge.
He was also immediately available when we've checked-out and had a question.
The studio itself is in a quite building, in a quite neighbourhood.
We've found it to be comfortable enough, with very comfortable beds and pillows.
Even the kids (13, 16) that slept on a sofa-bed reported that it was comfortable.
The studio did not save room on hooks and shelves (like many other places do) which was nice and practical.
We only ate our breakfasts in the studio, so didn't cook at all, but we can say that there are electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, kettle, fridge and cookery utensils.
There is a TV onto which we've casted our iPhone.
Wifi was fine.
There is a Carrefour branch, a couple of bakeries, takeaways, and a few restaurants; all located 5 minutes (walking) from the studio. Do check their openning hours - apparently, normal businesses in Belgium close quite early.
The drive (car) from the studio to Brugge central rail station takes about 15 minutes.
In summary, we've enjoyed our stay and we recommend Wim's studio.
A worktop dish drainer can maybe be added.

Veldig hyggelige eiere, som gjorde alt for at jeg skulle trives. Stille og rolig område til tross for at det var nesten midt i sentrum. Kort vei til strandpromenaden, tog og trikk. Ca 10 minutter gange til matbutikk med godt utvalg av det meste. Deilig med egen uteplass.
