Beautiful apartment (80m2) with a large terrace

The apartment was really good,, everything you needed was there , very clean , location was amazing, close to restaurants, shops etc and only 5 minutes walk to the old town , highly recommend

The neighbours, very noisy late at night, every night, not the apartment’s fault but very frustrating when you’re neighbours are still scrapping chairs and talking loudly at 2 in the morning

El piso tremendo muy chulo y cómodo y completo

Very close to the old town. Very close to transport facilities, including tram to the train station. Very quiet and calm even when the street was quite busy. Lots of space to store clothes.

The bedroom became a bit warm when the door was closed.

L’appartamento è ampio e ha molti comfort. In cucina ci sono stoviglie,pentole,sale,olio, tutto l’occorrente per cucinare,lavastoviglie,forno,microonde e macchinetta per il caffè a cialde.Il punto di forza è la posizione dell’alloggio che è distante un minuto da Michael’s Gate ed è circondato da locali,minimarket,bar,pub e tanto altro.

La struttura potrebbe migliorare molte cose. In giro per la casa c’erano fili scoperti e macchie di umidità che rovinano l’estetica dell’alloggio. Anche il terrazzo che è uno dei punti di forza dell’appartamento non è molto curato ed era sporco. Inoltre di sera la strada non è molto illuminata e ci è capitato di incontrare persone non molto raccomandabili. La casa non ha i condizionatori ma c’è un ventilatore, anche se fuori al terrazzo c’era un motore del condizionatore. In bagno non funziona il ricircolo dell’aria quindi alcune volte c’era un odore sgradevole.
