It is a very nice hotel with everything that you need for a good stay, very close to Epic Universe, which was the park we were visiting, with free shuttles to that park and to the other universal parks

Location obviously. And the gym and pool . Great design
Food options could be wider and please let’s have toast on the menu !

We walked to epic universe, good location!
Walls are thin. Can hear a lot from adjoining rooms and hallway.
Also a big party atmosphere. After a full day at the park, there are no places to relax in quiet
Also the food here isn’t great
