Ich war das erste Mal anwesend und war überrascht das in diesem Stadtteil noch etwas sauber ist wie in dieser Wohnung. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Nichts,da mann sich selber helfen muss wenn Kleinigkeiten vorhanden sind.

Die einigermaßen günstige Lage zum Fortbildungsort Passables Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Freigliegende Elektroleitungen, Elektrisches Kochfeld viel zu dicht am Spülbecken Staubflussen in den Besteckschubladen Zusammengewürfelltes Geschirr Ab dem 3.Tag hatte ich mit der TV Verbindung ziemlich Probleme. Und zu guter letzt 5. Stock Altbau ohne Aufzug!!! Sowas gehört auf jeden Fall erwähnt!
