Casa Don Vito

The property was a beautiful Sicilian house with a tall roof and all the amenities required for a week-long stay or longer. It included a washing machine, cooker, kettle, and plenty of bedding and tea towels available in the drawers. Judy kindly made sure we found some water in the fridge and snacks after our long trip, which we really appreciated. Parking is available on the property and nearby, featuring a road filled with places where you can buy food and other necessities. The road is also quite quiet, which is a luxury given the often chaotic and noisy Sicilian roads. The patio area was great, and you can even have a barbecue if you want.

It wasn't a major issue, but the room was somewhat dark. This was mostly because Sicilian houses tend to have smaller windows compared to the British ones we are accustomed to. As a result, the room feels a bit darker. However, there is plenty of natural light available to take advantage of during the day when you enjoy the lovely Italian weather.

Very lovely host. Clean apartment Themed apartmant Helpful host

Casa Don Vito is an absolute gem! Nestled in a residential area, it offers tranquility and a stunning view of majestic Mount Etna — a perfect natural guide to help you decide whether it’s a good day for a volcano adventure. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need, and a thoughtful welcome gift awaits you upon arrival… just like the warm smile of your host, Judy 😊 If you ever need to restock supplies, the local Deco supermarket is just a 3-minute drive away, making everything super convenient. But what truly makes Casa Don Vito special is Judy herself — an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Her kindness, helpfulness, and attention to detail create a truly memorable experience. Judy, grazie mille per la tua ospitalità — ci hai fatto sentire come a casa!
