Location was great, right in the center of Plateau. The place was cozy, had a big fridge, laundry machine, and tea station. Host was very responsive via Booking messaging - we booked the place last minute and they immediately accommodated us and made sure we got in ok. Very polite and helpful!
The place felt generally a bit unclean - towels and linen smelled funny, the dishes in the cupboard were greasy and had to be washed several times before using! Also the hot water in the shower didn't last much, so the second person showering already got cold water in the end. It was a good place to crash for a night but I wouldn't advise staying more than that.
