Mooi ruim appartement. Prachtig zicht op de baai. Mooi ingericht.
Dichtbij grote baan, waardoor je auto’s en camions hoort voorbijrijden.

Emplacement exceptionnel (vue sur la bain et proximité des sites). appartement spacieux et bien équipé, literie principale confortable.
Réserves sur le couchage complémentaire (banquette ) : confort et propreté. Heureusement qu’il y a le matelas complémentaire, que nous avons préféré poser sur le tapis. Un véritable canapé convertible est attendu pour un logement de ce niveau

Location on the hill is just great: very quiet and yet you're in the center of Baie St Paul within 10 minutes. The view (hills and sea) from the large window is fenomenal. Lots of space and light, Large kitchen. Bright bedroom (in the den).
This apartment is in desperate need of some tender love and care. Things aren't clean and outdated (washer and dryer), Curtains have stains. Kitchen no dish washer and very loud fridge. Bathroom very unhandy lay-out, old and small, shower door unfresh. Etc. The pictures suggest a different look and feel. I received very long mails with all the rules, which I found a bit inappropriate, given the state of the apartment. It's a pitty, because the apartment itself is an absolute gold mine.
