Hospitalidad increíble por parte del equipo de la Vila. Putu y su equipo fueron unos excelentes host, nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos, tanto reservar actividades como alquilar motos. Las habitaciones son increíbles, limpias y espaciosas, además de un gran jardín con todas las facilidades. Sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a Bali

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly! I had quite a bit of luggage and so they were extremely helpful and accomodating! What a lovely family. The pool view and nearby views create a calming atmosphere. It was indeed a peaceful stay and great value for money- I really enjoyed the lunch - I would come back here!

The 2 ladies of the staff are involved to do the job. Always with a smile.

We had never seen any manager. We had a persistent implesant smell in the bathroom. Something which was really surprising, there is no night watcher whereas we are in a country side. Last but not the least, we met a special guest in this hotel... He spent 2 months in its room and now he thinks he is the boss of the place... For instance, speaks very badly to the 2 ladies, he is really with all the other customers. He never say hello, and try to put pressure by imposing his own rules, for instance to always says to make less noise at any time of the day... it was a very bad experience with our Kids...
