The hosts were very welcoming and friendly! I had quite a bit of luggage and so they were extremely helpful and accomodating! What a lovely family. The pool view and nearby views create a calming atmosphere. It was indeed a peaceful stay and great value for money- I really enjoyed the lunch - I would come back here!

Super schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, nur kurzer Weg ins Zentrum von Ubud. Super nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Ein großer Dank geht an Putu, ohne ihn wäre unsere Reise nicht möglich gewesen!

Osebje je izjemno prijazno, vedno nasmejano in zelo ustrežljivo, kar je zagotovo velik plus te nastanitve, osebje resnično trudi ugoditi željam gostov in pomagati po svojih najboljših močeh.
V času enotedenskega bivanja je bilo kar nekaj nevšečnosti.
Skoraj ni bilo dneva, da ne bi ostala brez vode, kar je zelo neprijetno in otežuje osnovno udobje bivanja. Bazen žal ni bil primeren za uporabo – voda je bila umazana, na dnu so bile vidne alge, čeprav so občasno vključili črpalke.
Tudi klima v sobi deluje zelo slabo – prostora ne ohladi dovolj, poleg tega pa je precej glasna, kar moti počitek.
Imela sva tudi vključen zajtrk v ceno nastanitve, a v kolikor imaš planirano aktivnos pred 8.00 zjutraj ostaneš brez zajtrka, lanch box ni bil ponujen.
Kljub vsem tem težavam pa velja poudariti, da se osebje resnično trudi ugoditi željam gostov in pomagati po svojih najboljših močeh.
Je pa potrebno poudariti, da prosijo za dobro priporočilo, saj se bojijo, da bo lastnik ob slabih ocenah jezen nanje.
