Приветливый и внимательный персонал. Удобная парковка прямо перед отелем. Большие и комфортные апартаменты, в которых есть всё необходимое (даже зубная щётка и паста). Есть сейф (но мы с ним не разобрались). Отдельное спасибо за возможность взять с собой питомцев и за то, что пошли навстречу с поздним выездом (на час позже).
Был только один большой стакан, хотелось бы хотя бы пару, чтобы можно было вместе выпить кофе. Не хватило микроволновки: подогреть еду.

Benim randevu yerime yakin oldugu icin secmistim. Kahvalti iyiydi.
Tuvalet kagidi, havlu gibi ihtiyaclar gunluk temin edilmedi. Temiz havlu istegim de yerine getirilmedi.

The hotel was a perfect location close to the VFS Global visa center in Ankara. There is also a shopping center TAURUS just close to it and a mosque! We spent lovely 3 nights together with my family while waiting for our passports. It was a real surprise when the staff told us that the breakfast is also included into the price!
Everything was OK, nothing bad I remember about this hotel.
