Hampton Inn & Suites Oroville

Room cleanliness was top notch. Bathroom was spotless and included a decent amount of fresh and clean towels. Complimentary continental breakfast was above average. coffee was hot and plentiful. Gym was a nice feature as well. Clean and enough equipment to challenge anyone.

Room layout was acceptable, bathroom had the sliding barn door type of door, which limits privacy somewhat

The newness of the facility

Front staff was never at the check in or out area. Front staff and workers were always vapping right out side the front door. There was a fight on the 3rd floor that I was staying on where a man was punching and throwing a grown women around. When the front desk was called they said security would check it out. No one came and the yelling continued from their room. The homeless in the area were trying to intimidate a women in the parking lot to give them money. A horrible situation even for Oroville.
