the pavement outside of the property needs repair , a great disabled shower - but could do with grab rails on the wall . The swimming pool could do with a rail to walk in on the steps . Very nice pool

Localização, acessos e o facto de ter privacidade
Ter estado de férias de 10 dias e em 5 dias terem estado a existir obras de melhoramento sem me terem avisado. Outro pormenor foi trocarem apenas as toalhas e não os lençóis

La piscina no estaba abierta y en la web no decia nada, reclame y no me resolvieron ,no me respondieron y booking dijo que con 30€ se compensaba la falta de este servicio, es absurdo ya que fuimos por la piscina y no qued en Villamoura.
Aparte estaba en obra y la entrada estaba obstruida, lo cual era un peligro para entrar.
Creo que por la falta de servicio de piscina deberían reembolsar como mínimo un 30% y ponerlo en la web.
El lugar está bien, pero quitando la primera asesora que atendio la atención al cliente es fatal.
De Booking y de la agencia de alquiler.
