Τοποθεσία κεντρική .Κοντά στο λιμάνι και στον πεζόδρομο με μαγαζιά φούρνο καφέ παγωτά .
Ευρύχωρο .
Καλή επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη.
Ιδιωτικό Πάρκιν .
Δεν έχει κλιματισμό στο δωμάτιο μόνο στο σαλόνι που είναι ο καναπές κρεβάτι .
Ήταν βουλωμένη η αποχέτευση στο μπάνιο με αποτέλεσμα να βγαίνουν τα νερά από το ντουζ αλλά αυτό θα διορθωθεί πιστεύω έτυχε.

V clean good location nice outdoor balcony with good breeze cleaner came often
Very few cooking utensils, no coffee making facilities ( we bought 2 cafetières and left them there )
Would have been nice to have some lounging chairs either on the balcony or in garden below

Little things that need sorting that could make this a great property. Finding the property wasn't easy, no name to help.

The rooms are spacious and have potential, but the furniture is worn out and could be replaced at little cost.
The only entrance is through the terrace, which is inconvenient as all tenants on the upper floors have to walk across it.
The refrigerator leaks water, the bathroom is worn, except for the new toilet, which was great.
There is some noise in the bedrooms, which are facing the main road.
