L’emplacement, la propreté
On nous a pas donné le pass pour la piscine et on nous a pas informé qu’elle était fermé le samedi et dimanche, et même ça on avait pas le pass pour y accéder

Dobrá lokalita, všude relativně blízko, obchůdek hned vedle vchodu. Na autobus pár set metrů pěšky. Dobrá výbava apartmánu, vše podstatné tam bylo. Venkovní rolety tlumící hluk zvenčí a dlouhé závěsy byly fajn. Skvělé, že tam nebyl žádný obtěžující hmyz jako blechy, štěnice ani švábi. Rovněž nebyla přítomna plíseň, což hodnotím velmi kladně!
Hlučná klimatizace, která způsobovala agresivní chování sousedů, kteří v noci zvonili na byt. Něco so si uprostřed spánku nepřejete. Proto lepší používat klimu jen než začne noční klid. V chladnějších měsících byt v přízemí není výhra, zima od sklepa. Kdyby byla sušička součástí pračky nebo funkční odvětrávání koupelny, bylo by to skvělé. V letních měsících prádlo uschne ale koncem února vůbec, když v bytě je po příchodu 14°C.

Gute Lage, alles Nötige vorhanden, Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäfte in nächster Umgebung.
Appartement im Erdgeschoss, liegt direkt an der Strasse, manchmal etwas lärmig durch den Verkehr, aber nicht schlimm.
