Great location 10min to Old town. The only downsize is having to go up the hill/stairs to get back. Very spacious. Had all you need, from coffee to water and wine. Very helpful owner. Beach nearby. Parking for a second car is 36 eur a day (wich is normal in Dubrovnik).
An AC in the hallway would be great.
