Very close to downtown. Very clean. Parking in front of the house. Nice neighborhood. Good kitchen appliances. Easy communication and check in/out.
Nice fireplace.
The roof was leaking a little bit, unfortunately directly into our luggage.
The HVAC is ridiculously annoying during the night, as it starts up every 30 minutes and it sounds like a jet engine.
The sofa, which could be converted into a bed, was super uncomfortable. The other bed was nice. We had to use both, because one of us got sick. So actually our own fault.

It was very clean and had everything we needed to cook a few meals during our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the location was great.
I wish we would have known how much the pet fee was before booking, one of the main selling points of the house was that it had a small fenced in yard for our two dogs but a few days before our arrival we got sent the pet fee balance. It was $50 per dog per night, an extra $400 added to our stay that we weren’t planning on when we booked. We ended up deciding to not bring our dogs because of this reason. It would have been nice to know an accurate estimate of the pet fee BEFORE booking.
