Location.
Price. Could be cleaner- floors. No dish cloth provided to wash dishes. Shampoo dispenser in shower did not work. Coffeemaker did not work.

Private entrance, quiet, away from traffic, close to Old Town and surrounding popular locations. Clean, modern facilities, everything included for a weeks comfortable stay.
So hard to find anything not included but might add Saran Wrap, zip lock bags or foil to the kitchenette area.
