The location since it’s near Megaworld. Very clean and the fireworks near by.

No laundry access. You have to coordinate with someone outside of the air bnb.

So homey so clean so comfy

Very pleasant apartment which offers also enough space for some comfortable remote working if needed. All the details are in place. Fast responsive host with a very friendly brother :)

A tad strict visitors policy.

The location was prime. Because it's located in Megaworld Iloilo, it's a walk away to Festive Walk Mall, restaurants and convenience stores. 7-11 is right around the corner for immediate item/food needs. The unit pretty much have everything we need as a home away from home. The owner/host was very easy to get in-touch with and very pleasant to talk to. We had an issue that was speedily resolved. There is a 24/7 lobby attendant/receptionist who are very polite and accomodating, not just from opening doors but also calling cabs, helping with unit needs/issues to name a few. We felt welcomed and safe the whole time.

The unit does not have a washer/dryer. However, the unit does have information on how to get clothes washed by pickup/drop-off service. The hallways from the elevators to the unit are not air-conditioned but that's only during transit/walk to the unit. The ACs in the unit were wonderful and the lobby is also air-conditioned. There are rules that are a bit strict as far as having visitors. But, that is something that can be discussed with the owner/host.
