Nærhet til strand og lokalt byliv Nærheten til lokal restaurant Moyto var et stort pluss.

Trafikkstøy og umiddelbart støy fra bygningsarbeid. Var en del kloakklukt på kjøkkenet som var fremtredende og renhold under sofa i stuen var dårlig. Sofagruppen i stuen var veldig godt brukt og bar preg av det.

Close to the beach, lots of space in the apartment. An apartment with an interesting 70-year history, relatively clean except for the kitchen.

It is nice that the owner wants to keep an "old-style" look, but for rental purposes, certain updates are absolutely necessary. The kitchen is an urgent matter—there is a musty, old smell throughout the whole apartment, especially in the kitchen, where it borders on unhygienic. I highly recommend washing the cutlery and the old, great-grandma-style dishes before using them. For example the cheese grater is still dirty with old cheese, I found hairs in the fridge, and the sink doesn't drain properly. The mattresses are worn-out, with a literal hole in the middle. Air conditioning is only available in one out of the three bedrooms, which is not enough during the heatwaves. Furthermore, the apartment is located on a busy road, and the old windows do not block the street noise. On the other side, there is a railway with passing trains (just so others are aware). The "terrace" just means two chairs and a table right in front of the door; there is definitely not enough space for 4-5 people to sit. As a bonus, the internet didn't work during our entire stay. I am only writing this because the some things of the property looks different in the pictures than it does in reality.
