About this house rental
A magnificent house of rare beauty, surrounded by lakes and gardens on a 1,250 m2 plot. Featuring modern architecture, spacious rooms, and various leisure areas. The house is located in the heart of Granja Viana, an upscale neighborhood in the western part of Greater São Paulo.
The property boasts 1,000m2 of recently renovated living space, modern furnishings, and refined décor. The entire house was designed to maximize the privileged view of the condominium's lake, with spacious balconies in the living rooms and bedrooms. The pool serves as our "little beach," with a design reminiscent of a beach, a waterfall, and colorful LED lighting adding a special touch to the décor. The gourmet area (barbecue and pizza oven), the lounge/bar, and the games room comprise the leisure floor of the property, all integrated with the outdoor area and the pool.
On the second floor (the floor with street access) we have a spacious living room surrounded by a balcony and glass doors, allowing the greenery outside to be integrated into the large and bright room with a cinematic view of the lake. The main entrance leads to the lobby, which also provides access to a cinema room, equipped with a huge sofa, blackout curtains, and an excellent projector.
The third and final floor was designed to provide the best views and all the comfort for a perfect night's sleep. It features 4 suites, all with balconies, air conditioning, and walk-in closets. We also have an office ideal for receiving clients or focusing on work. The master suite is a showstopper.
The Granja Viana region is wooded, charming and peaceful, one of the green lungs of the São Paulo metropolitan area. In the "center" of Granja Viana you will find the best and most varied restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the welcoming "Teresa Maia" park, very good for walks and children's entertainment with various attractions.
Whenever the house is rented, our housekeeping assistant will be present during business hours. She can help with occasional tidying and provide basic cooking assistance.
FILMING
The house is also available for filming.
The fees are charged differently than for lodging rentals.
PARTIES
We make the house available for family parties and get-togethers.

We do not accept groups of young people.
We accept small pets (up to 15 kilos) and up to 2 pets.
