This property is run by a booking company, they would not provide the owner's details to contact. This makes it hard to resolve issues with the property.The house is an older house that has been renovated, it's generally clean. However, we did notice it has a slight musty smell inside, the HVAC filter was filthy/clogged and hadn't been replace in most likely a year. I notified the booking company to replace the filter, they advised they would send somebody out to change it. However, they didn't. The owners turned up at our door the day before our booking ended thinking our booking had already finished and expecting the property to be vacant. The owners supplied a new a/c filter once we told them about it.The lawn in the backyard was mainly weeds or dead grass, not as it appears in the photos.We were able to use the double garage at this property. This makes it easier on the family entering/exiting the car when it's stormy outside.The location is peaceful and quiet, although a little out of the way from most amenities.
