Villa Toscana is a single-level Tuscan-style villa in the heart of PACIFICO, the area's premier resort-style community.
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Vacation Specialists are available to help you plan your trip, including transportation, tours, boat trips, private chefs, spa services, and local recommendations.
• Guest Support Team members will be your primary point of contact for any questions related to the home before and during your stay.

Enjoy the benefits of a standalone home with a private pool plus the conveniences of PACIFICO - Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers hiking trails and a children’s play area while being just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. You can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR). Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. With luxurious furnishings and a stunning interior, this 3 bedroom home has a large floor plan covering over 3,000 square feet. The bedrooms are separated and situated on each side of the home, providing great privacy for groups.
The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, a living room with Smart TV, and dining space. There is also a small den at the front of the home with workstations for those who need to stay connected to work and school while on vacation.
Outside, this Villa Toscana takes vacation to a new level, making you feel like you're at your own private resort. The large, covered terrace has multiple lounge spaces and steps down to a massive yard with a private pool, BBQ pavilion, and lots of lounging areas. This tropical oasis is your private piece of paradise.

Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car or golf cart for their stay, which we can assist with! The homes section of Pacifico is a 20-30 minute walk to the main gate. There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club.
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features ocean-view infinity pools, multiple lounge areas, beach access, and poolside food and beverage service.
The current admission fee is *₡20,000 CRC per person, per day, of which *₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases** that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge.
Payment is made *directly to the Beach Club by credit card only*. If using a foreign credit card, your card issuer will charge the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.
The Beach Club provides complimentary pool towels, beach chairs, lounge areas, umbrellas, and shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club.
Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

The house and pool were wonderful for our month long stay. Rich Coast Vacations was generally responsive. A few repairs were needed (Both umbrellas on the patio were broken, air conditioner broke in master bedroom, leak under master bath sink.) Cleanliness upon arrival was adequate. Housecleaner that we used after 2nd & 3rd week, Gretchen was amazing! She really attended to details & went above and beyond! She even helped me with washing windows and screens!We requested a bath mat for outside 2nd shower but it was not provided so we purchased a dish mat or used hand towels as a mat to prevent slipping on wet tile floor.We also purchased 2 sand chairs for visiting other beaches, 2 new pool noodles, and water toy for kids. Bring your own swim goggles, mask & snorkel. They are not provided and are difficult to find in Playas del Coco.Please note: Toilet paper is not replenished with cleaning service. Trash bags were replenished at our request.We rented golf cart through Pacifico-Suncoast, rather than the vendor that Rich Coast recommended, it was clean & had power steering.Use of the Pacifico Beach Club requires a car or golf cart as the distance is 5 min drive. Staff at the beach club are not very welcoming in explaining the 35 per person per day system for those of us who are new. The restaurant, Alma Santa, at the Beach Club is excellent. Other recommended places to eat: Father Roosters, The Lookout were also excellent with beautiful sunset views of the ocean.

Would highly recommend Villa Toscana and the Ritch Coast Team.
Being our 3rd trip to Playas del Coco, we wanted to experience staying in Pacifico, and it was a perfect house for our family of 5. The grounds, pool living and bedrooms were the perfect size for us to spread out. The kitchen is VERY well equipped with ample pots, pans, food storage containers. The pool and back patio were the real gem for this stunning home, it's a really good size and with the outdoor seating and umbrellas, the perfect spot to play or relax.
The Ritch Coast team provide truly outstanding service and communications prior to and throughout our entire stay.
I don't really have any recommendations - access to beach chairs (which they ended up providing) perhaps a few sharp knives?
Whatever you are doing - keep doing it!

To be fair, we were there during an extreme weather event. And this was probably the first rental of the season. Still, the raccoons had been in the pool and left presents in it that might have been noticed in a pre-visit inspection. This required a maintenance call out that was swift. The back patio, pillars, stairs and deck were stained with algae and dirt which took away from the architecture. They would benefit from a good cleaning as would the windows and sills.
The interior was very dark and needed illumination at all times - this may have been exacerbated by the foul, dark weather. Doors did not close, fans were temperamental, some lights were burnt out, a burner on the stove would not ignite and an air conditioner required two call outs for repair. The furniture and finishings are dated and would benefit from a refresh.
Still, we managed to have a wonderful holiday with the family and especially enjoyed the pool - even in the torrential rain.
