As Professional Hosts, we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:
- Our VACATION SPECIALISTS can assist with transportation, tours, boat trips, in-property services like chefs and spa services, as well as area information.
- One of our HOUSE MANAGERS will be your point of contact for any questions you have related to the property before and during your stay.

Jade Beach C is just a short walk to two large plazas that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 12-minute walk from your door.
Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. We stayed at Beachy Keen for vacation. The property was as described. The property managers were very hands on and answered all questions quickly. The property grounds were well maintained and quiet.

Magnificent views from the terrace, the pool, vegetation and sunset.
The apartment everything you need, the mattresses are confortables. The internet connection is very good. Walking distance to the center of Coco, restaurants, groceries and shops.
We loved our stay.

The service we received from the management company was amazing! We were able to communicate via email before them on WhatsApp while there. It was so nice to have groceries delivered, airport transportation arranged, and a fold cart delivered prior to arrival!
The condo itself was a little smaller than expected but we made it work. It’s very close to town with lots of restaurants.
Overall we loved this VRBO!

Great Place. Was just as advertised. The few minor issues when we first arrived were taken care of quickly and professionally. Met lots of very nice people around the pool. You may want to book the golf carts in advance as they are much in demand
