Our apartment features two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed, ensuring a comfortable stay. It includes two full bathrooms for convenience and privacy. Additionally, there are two balconies, offering outdoor space to relax and enjoy the views.

If guests prefer to enjoy alcoholic beverages during their stay, we encourage them to bring their own wine glasses or any other related items for their personal use.

🚭 No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a 1500 AED fine, as we will need to deep-clean the curtains, bed, sofa, and rug.
🚫 No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. I reserve the right to cancel the booking and alert building security immediately in case of disturbance.
🐾 NO pets are allowed.
🔑 Lost access cards, parking remotes, or building keys will be charged 500 AED each.
🙏 Please treat the apartment with care, as if it were your own: avoid touching the walls with dirty hands, and be mindful not to stain the sofa, mattress, or carpet.
