The Space:
At 725 square feet, this highly sought-after spot is the perfect getaway for solo travelers, business travelers, or couples and can comfortably accommodate 2 people. No matter which direction you turn, you are surrounded by historical landmarks as well as many hills, rivers, and valleys – which makes for some excellent views and vantage points throughout the city.
The apartment contains a comfortable queen-size memory foam mattress. As you walk into the living room, you will notice the spacious living area with large window panes overlooking the stunning backdrop of downtown Pittsburgh. The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances and all the necessary amenities to cook a wholesome meal. Across the kitchen is the bathroom, containing modern fixtures, towels, and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, a large 55-inch smart TV is found in the living room with all your favorite streaming services readily available for you to log in and resume what you’ve been watching.
Pet friendly: Our accommodation welcomes any furry companions of yours to stay with us, for an additional fee $50 per pet per stay.
Easy Access: A smart lock code entry has been installed for a seamless check-in experience. We also have elevator access taking you all the way to the top of the building for ease of access.

We’ll start with the positives. The property manager is very responsive and attentive. The unit is located in an area within easy walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. Having the hotel and Starbucks next door is great. The areas of improvement - be sure to read through all of the directions before parking. You need to park in front of the building FIRST and run in and get the pass out of the apartment before you can get into the parking garage. Otherwise, you will be charged. The building itself has seen better days. The elevators and hallway carpets are dinghy. The unit is clean, but dated. The carpet is worn, the headboard is plastic and coming loose from the wall. The kitchen has only basics, so don’t expect to do much cooking. The towels are gross and need to be replaced - they reek of mildew.

We were visiting our daughter for the weekend. This was a great location, easy walk to downtown restaurants. Wonderful to have an included parking garage too.

Pretty good stay! Finding it initially can be tricky but not impossible. Walking distance to the Convention Center and you can walk through the Marriott to reach your stay. There’s a security guard and I felt safe to come in around midnight.
Towels needed replacing due to a moldy scent but the hosts quickly gave me fresh towels. I really appreciate their promptness to making sure I was comfortable.
Communication with the hosts is clear and quick.

Location is right across from PPG Arena. Directions for check-in and check-out were very clear and thorough. Apartment is exactly in the description.
The only issue was that when we checked in the headboard was not in good condition.
