Located in a quiet residential area close to Sa Riera beach, surrounded by nature and offering magnificent views of the sea and the Medes Islands, Villa S’Antiga is an ideal choice for an exclusive holiday on the Costa Brava.

Upon arrival, there is outdoor parking available for 2–3 cars. From street level, you enter a spacious hallway leading to the master suite, which features a 160 x 200 cm bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower. A guest toilet is also located on this level.
An elegant staircase leads down to the lower floor, where the remaining four bedrooms and the main living areas are located, with direct access to the outdoor spaces and the private swimming pool measuring 7.20 x 3.60 m.
This level features a large living room with Smart TV and Wi-Fi, opening onto the terrace where you will find an outdoor dining area and comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing in the shade of the pine trees. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and complete kitchenware, and connects to the indoor dining area with seating for up to 12 guests.
