About this house rental
In the heart of the Périgord Noir, this corner of paradise welcomes you for a quiet holiday while being close to many must-see tourist sites:
-Sarlat la Canedat
-Domme
-La Roque Geagac
-The castle of Milandes
-The descent of the Dordogne by canoe.
Take the time to taste the culinary specialties in the surrounding restaurants and discover the local products at the markets.
The house has 3 bedrooms on two levels, as well as 2 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets on each floor.
On the first floor, a kitchen open to the living room with direct access to the outside or a terrace with plancha and equipment, sun loungers, large parasol that will shelter you from the sun
The heated swimming pool is at your disposal from June with security alarm and cleaning robot.
The house has radiators with refractory stone in all the rooms and an insert fireplace with air vent in the bedrooms, let me tell you that it is not cold.
PS: an extra charge of 20€/day will be requested for electricity during the period when the heating mode is used.
The house is located in the village of the village in a quiet area with few inhabitants, the residents are very friendly and very discreet.
You can walk from the village along paths where the routes are signposted.
The region is rich in truffle oaks which makes it famous. In winter a contribution of 10€/day will be requested for heating, thank you for your understanding
