This unit is newly renovated and is nicely decorated/laid out. There is ample space inside and parking space outside in case you have multiple cars or trailer. Walkable to Trabue Park walking path entrance and downtown Punta Gorda. Enjoyed the fire pit and grill on the back patio area. Comfy bed, kitchen was well stocked with basic items. Thre is some street noise, but didn't bother us with great location.

The property looked just like the pictures. Very accommodating, from the beginning to the end. The property had all new appliances and fixtures. The location was also a plus. You were located close to the interstate and close enough to places to eat, shop and swim. The owners were interested in knowing the kid’s accommodations: from their ages to what kind of games they like. We will definitely be coming back!
