Chalet Gemme - Magnifique chalet, piscine & sauna

Cocoonr is offering one of the resort’s highest chalets for rent, situated in the heart of the Mercantour National Park in the famous resort of Auron, featuring mountain views, the ski resort within walking distance, a swimming pool and sauna, covering an area of 350 m² and accommodating up to 11 guests. The light-filled chalet comprises four levels, a double living area of over 100 m² (with a fireplace) spread over two levels, a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 500 m² and several terraces. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The chalet is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A 50 m² lounge with a sofa, armchairs, home cinema and relaxation area
- A separate toilet

On the first floor
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A second living room with a sofa, TV and open fire (firewood provided)
- A dining area for gathering round a good meal
- A private heated indoor swimming pool (3×8m), available all year round. Separate room that can be locked for children’s safety
- A sauna available all year round
- Separate toilet

On the 2nd floor
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: one queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with toilet
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×200), en-suite bathroom with toilet

On the third floor
- Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 5: three single beds (90×200)
- A bathroom with bath and toilet
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: high chair (on request), cot, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue set.

Outdoors
- A lovely 500 m² garden with an outdoor table and a large gas barbecue
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The chalet is ideally situated in Auron, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the resort’s essential shops just a few minutes’ walk away.

Easy access to the ski slopes! Located just a few minutes’ walk from the resort centre, or accessible by shuttle bus to reach the Télériou cable car quickly.

Numerous events are organised every year (Ski Festival, Chefs au Sommet, French Ski Championships).

Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet’s garage. You can also charge your car there and store your equipment in the ski room.
