About this apartment rental
Why is the condo called Buena Vista ? Because of it Views and Beach Accessability! It has some great amenities like fast Fiber WiFi, Full Air Conditioning, a large SMART TV with ROKU, sound system and and maid service . We are right on a private beach so it’s quiet and easy to relax or even do some focused work.
Your front yard is our gorgeous tropical gardens with an orchid lined blue tiled pool that has both a sunning ledge and lap lane. Your backyard is our beach area: first a grassy area with a luscious lawn then our sandy beach area with plenty of chairs, loungers and palapas. ONLY for us.
BEACH SIDE: Sit on your own beach side patio, or pick a lounger. Watch the sunsets, which have incredible colors: Pink to purple to orange. Go snorkeling in our bay, which only gets 9 feet deep and is protected from fishing, boating: ONLY swimmers here. Enjoy a coffee at sunrise, and a cocktail at sunset. Or just soak up the sun and fresh air.
GARDEN SIDE: Walk around and find the blooming orchids and tropical plants. There is always something flowering. Sit in the gardens where birds and butterflies abound. We actively plant to attract them. Sit around the pool or in the sunning ledge, and smell the tropical lusciousness of the gardens. If you need to burn off that margarita, swim laps in our lap lane.
Our small complex is built hacienda style, so our condos/villas are more private and have much space than others in the area. One side looks into our gardens (not the road) and the other onto our beach! The air is always flowing with the sounds of the waves, and the smells of our flowers.
Our main living area is open plan with a large bar between the kitchen and dining/living area. There is lots of counter space you need to prepare whatever you want and we have great grocery stores nearby with all kinds of fresh fruit/veggies, fishes/meats and bakeries! We have modern appliances in the kitchen which has a bar with a fun pass through window over the sink for serving on our beach porch dining area.
Also, unlike most complexes, we have dedicated on-site staff and management. As we are so close to the beach and water, we include daily cleaning of the condo in our rates. Less stress on you! We're environmentally conscious in Mexico too and favor saving water and energy when possible.
We also have lots of suggestions of things to do and how to make the best use of your time, which we share all the details after you book. We can help with transportation, and even suggest tours! We want you to love our place and come back.
As travelers ourselves we have adapted our policies to be much more supportive than the standard. We have also implemented the most modern current cleaning protocols. And our staff are dedicated only to our complex, so there is always someone around for questions and help. Finally our complex is twice the size as others, with the same number of units. So there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Check out our website for details!

We have stayed at most condo complexes in Half Moon Bay and La Sirena is our favorite. The large pool is positioned amongst the loveliest gardens. In my opinion, it is the most beautiful pool in the bay. The condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The first floor location provides quick access to the beach and ocean by way of the 6 person dining porch. The building is situated in a sheltered part of the bay, with fewer waves and minimal seagrass, and offers easy access to the reef for snorkeling. There are tidal pools that the kiddos like to explore day and night. I highly recommend this condo.

There is so much to love about La Sirena. You can walk off your patio and enjoy the sea views and breeze under a palapa, watching the pelicans and herons off shore. The condo is bright and clean with excellent service from all staff. My husband and daughter loved doing laps in the pool every day, surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Just a great experience.

Beautiful location just the peace and quiet we were looking for alllowing you to read a book on the beach a just do some casual snorkeling throughout the day. Definitely recommend visiting Taquería La Lunita in the Pueblo

Expected a much nicer property! First impression was not impressed at all… was kinda sketchy looking.
Property is located right behind a building that is not up-kept… so look past the sketchy outer look.
First impressions past the main building was very tranquil with foliage everywhere that makes you feel secluded in your own backyard. The main condo units are very old and rundown. Property itself was maintained well from debris and overgrowth. Walkways are super hard to get luggage to your front door due to everything was pavers or steps.
Pool was nice but small. Only 2 lounge chairs in the very back- we were also not a fan of pool not having ocean view so you could cool

Our unit- it was very cluttered and old. The view was amazing but you could only see the view from the very small and uncomfortable built in couches. If you wanted to watch any tv the wood furniture is not comfortable nor could you sit with your spouse! We had issues with a ton of ants everywhere- they got in our food so i had to put it all in the refrigerator so it was safe. Lost about $40 worth of food. They were a ton of bug throughout the property that were always getting on you. I will say the master bed was super comfortable so at least i got a good night sleep…. But you cant relax and watch anything before bed because the tv is in the wierd living room setup. Cleaning lady came daily, im not a fan of that but it makes since because you have to throw your toilet paper in the trash, not the toilet. Thats was Kinda overwhelming!
The snorkeling off the back porch is great and super safe for all ages- thats was the best part!
All in all, we come to Mexico 2 times a year and like to try new places. This place looked like they don’t really care to upkeep the unit and/or main building but keep the surface clean to make it look nicer. This will be a condo we will not return too.
