In a quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Renter was very nice and easy to communicate with.

The property was very worn and could use a lot of updates, including the bedroom floors, furniture, and ceilings fans. There were quite a few bugs, likely from the pool area. And there was a neighbor that watched us from the window the entire stay.
