This contemporary house is spacious and comfortable, with its 3 separate sleeping areas, each with 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
Everything is thought out for your relaxation and well-being: from the billiards/table football/table tennis, to the balcony/terrace area, and to the large kitchen open to the room heated by the wood stove, not to mention the balneotherapy equipment (sauna & spa), and the private swimming pool!
Luxury villa of 250m², independent and located in a quiet and peaceful area, La Maison Bleue welcomes you all year round for a weekend, a week or more in the heart of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel.
It is located 5 minutes from Avranches, 20 minutes from the beaches of Jullouville and Carolles, and 30 minutes from Granville.
Being 5 minutes from the A84, it is located 25 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel, 55 minutes from Cancale, Dinard and Saint-Malo, and 1h20 from the D-Day landing beaches (Omaha beach, Utah beach).
The house is made up of 3 sleeping areas: the first floor - the playroom floor - the sauna floor. The mezzanine is located on the sauna floor, there is only one bedroom and 1 bathroom on this floor, which makes it a separate area of the house.
Each sleeping area has a bathroom and toilet, both of which are independent.
Regarding the bedrooms, the house has 5 bedrooms + 1 mezzanine, for 11 beds in total:
Bedroom 1 (upstairs games room): 1 double bed 160
Bedroom 2 (SDJ floor): 1 double bed 160 + 1 single bed
Bedroom 3 (first floor): 1 double bed 160
Bedroom 4 (first floor): 3 single beds
Bedroom 5 (sauna floor): 1 double bed 140 + 2 single beds
Mezzanine (sauna floor, overlooks bedroom 5 and 1 bathroom): 1 single bed.
Bed linen and towels are extra, (payment on arrival) up to:
€11/single bed;
€17/double bed;
7€/person for towels.
La Maison Bleue is an independent house, with a garden of about 500m², and a private entrance. You have access to the entire accommodation.
The swimming pool is heated to 25°C and accessible from May to September. It is closed and not accessible from October to April.
The pool is secured by a 3-point safety handle.
The sauna and spa are accessible without time restrictions or time constraints.
The hot tub cover must be closed after each use for your safety and to maintain the temperature of the spa.
The courtyard side facing the street is not fenced, and can park up to 6 cars.
The garden side is fenced.

What a fantastic holiday we had here. Laura and Sebastian were fantastic hosts. Very responsive and communicated well. We stayed here to celebrate my Dads 80th Birthday and all had so much space and lots to do both here and in the beautiful area. Very clean and comfortable, don’t hesitate to book here, we will be back!!

We had a great time at La maison bleue. Very clean, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of activities for every age. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, the region is just beautiful. Recommend without hesitation.
